Digital Wave Welcomes Zach Peterson In Our Continued Drive for UE Customer Service Excellence!

Digital Wave welcomes Zach Peterson to the the Digital Wave UE Customer Service team. Zach comes to us from Duluth, MN. He recently received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth - Go Duluth Bulldogs! Zach brings a wealth of mechanical hands on knowledge to our team. He is currently in our extended UE Level II, production, field training and maintenance training programs. He will soon be available to work with our many UE customers.

Digital Wave’s state-of-the-art technology has and will continue to change the non-destructive testing world – but we’re not content to simply roll out new technology. We’re also developing a world class customer service and support team, dedicated to ensuring smooth operations for over 130 UE requalification machines in the field. Our dedicated team of service technicians are on standby Monday-Friday from 8AM-5PM MST, ready and willing to assist anyone who needs a hand.

We review common operating issues with our engineering team, which influences their future designs.
