UE Options
Digital Wave offers a variety of options for their UE machines:

5 Cylinder Load Table (UE1™ Specific)
An apparatus that loads the cylinders onto the UE1™ tilt table.
(10 cylinder version is also available).
See the demonstration video here.

Secondary Monitor Station (UE1™ Specific)
An additional operator's monitoring station located near the tilt table; a computer monitor, keyboard and mouse that is synced with the main cabinet station. Machine can be operated from either monitor. Ideal for entering cylinder information on large cylinders during the load process.

CO2 Collar
Accommodates the inspection of CO2 cylinders, eliminating the need for removing their handles.

Crow's Foot Collar
Accommodates the inspection of "Grab and Go" style medical cylinders, eliminating the need for removing their handles.

Stamping Station
A steel apparatus made to securely hold Med E (up to 8 each) or M6 (up to 10each) cylinders for stamping.

UE23™ M105 Motor Upgrade
The the UE23™ was initially designed for the inspection of smaller cylinders. If the customer wishes to include the inspection of large cylinders, it is recommended that they opt for the upgraded drive motor (the same motor that is used on the UE1™).

Calibration Cylinders (for DOT, TC and ISO)
Calibration cylinders are required to calibrate the UE machines prior to running an inspection. Depending on the country's governing agency, specific flaws need to be machined into the interior and/or exterior of this piece. Calibration cylinders can be made to meet specifications provided by the DOT, Transport Canada (TC) and ISO. By having the following 4 cylinders (and SP cylinder), customers can test the majority of cylinders that come into their facility:

» Large Aluminum 7" OD
» Small Aluminum 4.2" OD
» Large Steel 7" OD
» Small Steel 4.2" OD
» Special Permit (SP) cal cylinder
