Not all facilities require a machine that can process high volumes of cylinders in a day. However, the "Speed of Sound" is still available for these lower throughput facilities. Digital Wave's UE23™ is suited for facilities that test 200 - 1500 large cylinders and up to 4000 medical E and smaller cylinders per month. Cylinder throughput on the UE23™ is up to 6 T/K size or up to 50 M6/Med E size cylinders per hour. (Actual results may vary).

The UE23™ is ideally suited for smaller inspection facilities or customers that wish to bring their previously outsourced inspection
services in-house. The machine's handling system allows for loading of larger cylinders, whereas the loading of smaller cylinders is done manually. This handling ability again allows for the inspection of all common size cylinder types from a single machine - not multiple machines as is found with competitors.

Inspections at your site are handled by your tech trained by and operating under Digital Wave's oversight. Part of the installation process of our machines is an extensive training program for your operators. This facilitates the smooth transition of your inspection process.

The UE23™ utilizes a water column design for the ultrasonic examination of cylinders. This technology is ideal for high throughput of smaller cylinders, while providing the same benefits of full immersion technology as found in the UE1™ machine.
