Training
In addition to our products and services, we offer numerous training classes specifically in the application of our UE machines. We are happy to provide many of these services free of charge with customer purchases. We also offer additional classes that can be customized to meet individual customer needs.
UE Level I Training Classes - Included in machine purchase; should you acquire additional staff after the initial training, there are multiple classes held annually at DWC's headquarters.
UE Level II Training Classes - Included in machine purchase; should you acquire additional staff after the initial training, there are multiple classes held annually at DWC's headquarters.
Post RIN Training - DWC initially trains your staff to be proficient operators, but we do offer follow up visits to customer sites as needed to help improve efficiency.
Remote Assistance and/or Digital Monitoring - DWC is available to support your techs via direct calls to our customer service department or via e-mail. Using the UE machine's internet connection, we can "sign on" to your machine remotely to assist your tech with questions, troubleshooting and reviewing scan results.
Cylinder Maintenance Class - This class is for those who are new to owning and operating a testing facility. In this class we cover all of the aspects of a cylinder test shop, providing a full week of hands-on experience. Topics that are covered within this class include stamping cylinders, revalving, eddy current applications, cylinder blazing/painting, cylinder sorting/pre-inspection prep, visual inspections, discussions of HAZMAT requirements, CGA documents, and much more. For anyone that is considering starting a cylinder test shop, or those who would like to fine-tune their current inspection program, we strongly recommend taking this class first. It can be adjusted to meet individual customer needs.
