Digital Wave also maintains a large research and development lab where our techs are constantly working on ways to improve our products. The relationship doesn't end when your UE machine is delivered; from that day forward, Digital Wave will be working hard to make sure your operators are well-informed, and that your operations run smoothly. Mr. Levine manages the daily functions in the cutomer service department and is your primary contact for technical support. Should he be indisposed, his team of Customer Sevice Technicians can also assist you.

Mr. Spinks provides the full range field training/installation/service, phone support and is trained in all functions of UE machine support. He is available to assist you.
