With great machines comes great customer support! That is Digital Wave's philosophy. Our customers have access to a large staff of engineers and technicians dedicated to supporting them. Digital Wave also maintains a large research and development lab where our techs are constantly working on ways to improve our products. The relationship doesn't end when your UE machine is delivered; from that day forward, Digital Wave will be working hard to make sure your operators are well-informed, and that your operations run smoothly. Your feedback is critical as it allows us to continue to refine our machines, technology and customer support services.

Mark E. Anderson - Director of Sales and Marketing (ext. 33)
Mr. Anderson oversees the customer service function of the company to assure that our customers are satisfied. Should at anytime you not be able to contact one of our customer service techs, please feel free to contact Mr. Anderson directly.
Elliott Levine - Lead Customer Service Engineer (ext. 21)
Mr. Levine manages the daily functions in the cutomer service department and is your primary contact for technical support. Should he be indisposed, his team of Customer Sevice Technicians can also assist you.
Matt Spinks - Customer Service Technician (ext. 23)
Mr. Spinks provides the full range field training/installation/service, phone support and is trained in all functions of UE machine support. He is available to assist you.
